dxMerchant designs, builds, owns, and operates Digital Properties used for advertising, lead generation, and traffic control
Participants do not purchase the underlying properties. Instead, they may acquire access rights, operational roles, or campaign assignments that allow them to participate in managed advertising and traffic initiatives.
Where applicable, dxMerchant may engage participants under commercial service or independent contractor agreements to perform defined operational, traffic, content, or campaign-related services
Compensation is based solely on services rendered, performance metrics, or contracted service terms, not on ownership, profit participation, or investment returns
At the conclusion of a service term or assignment, access may expire, be renewed, reassigned, or concluded in accordance with the applicable agreement
